SmartQ has created a new piece of media hardware for the masses in the form of TAO. The improvements seen in SmartQ's newest Portable Media Player TAO include a screen size and resolution that weighs in at solid 3.3-inches 480x320 HVGA with 262,000 colors(which is pretty good). The SmartQ TAO also sports a pretty good selection of multi-codec formats such as MP3, OGG, WMA, FLAC, APE, AAC, WAV (PCM, ADPCM), included also are a 500mhz Blackfin processor. Xvid and Divx AVI at 720x480 resolution with RMVB. FLV, WMV, ASF, 3GP, MPEG, DAT, MP4 are also supported to boot! If your interested you can fetch one of these babies from China for 699RMB ($102), and that'll get you the 4GB model.
