Sharp Corporation, Japan has announced the "Zaurus SL-C3100" PDA with a hard drive set for release on June 24th. The Zaurus SL-C3100 features a 128MB Flash ROM, "TOEIC Test English Phrase Mastery 2000," a PXA270 416MHz CPU, 64MB of RAM, 4GB hard drive, 640 x 480 display (3.7"), SD card slot, Type2 CF slot, USB port, and infrared port. The rechargeable lithium ion battery offers 7 hours display time. Measures 124 x 87 x 25mm (W x D x H), and weighs about 298g. Estimated retail price is around 80,000 yen. More
