The Clix is a nice player that offers very good audio and photo quality, long battery life, and a host of extras.
Read- Anything But iPod
The Clix predecessor, the U10, was a great little player, but iRiver was swinging for the fences charging $250 for a 1GB U10. But iRiver came back down to earth with the Clix, offering it at a price that matches its peers. If you are shopping for a high capacity flash player you must consider the iRiver Clix for its comfortable eye pleasing user interface and typical but well done feature set.

t $199.99, the 2GB Clix is much more competitively priced than its predecessor. Of course, we'd love to see a 4GB, 6GB, or even 8GB version in the near future. Still, if you're looking for a WMA device and can handle 2GB of storage, check out this MP3 player--we're enamored with it.

Cnet reviews the iRiver U10
The good: Flash Lite 1.1 compliant; supports both ID3 tag and tree directory-type navigation; great battery life; QVGA screen.
The bad: Video playback is restricted; sluggish transfer rate; high price.
The bottom line: The U10 may be the best MP3 player in a long time to take on the mantle of an iPod killer, but its high cost may just price it out of the market.

iRiver has announced a 5GB edition of their popular H10 media player. The H10 5GB pure looses the built-in FM tuner, in an effort to eliminate the considerably steeper import duty on radio equipment.
The H10 [5GB pure] weights a mere 96 grams and packs a crystal-clear 1.5" color LCD into this ultra-compact 95 x 54 x 15 mm model. In conjunction with a built-in vertical touchpad, the display provides an ingeniously simple user interface. Supporting 260,000 colors, the LCD/MP3 player combination is also the ideal way to view your photos to music on the move. A clock/alarm function, a built-in microphone for voice recording and a removable, rechargeable battery for up to 12 hours playback time add the finishing touches to the H10[5GB pure].
The iriver H10 [5GB pure] is in the shops now in four eye-catching colors - midnight blue, deep red, neo silver and slate grey - at a price of Euro 159 . The optional docking station costs Euro 21 and can be purchased from selected online shops.
