Gigabyte Improved Bluetooth USB Adapter For Desktop PC or Laptop

GIGABYTE Technology has announced shipment of the second generation GIGABYTE Bluetooth USB Adapter (GN-BTD02). The GN-BTD02 Bluetooth USB adapter features increased wireless range, up to 100 meters with a 723Kbps data rate and a silver finish case with colored accents. You connect the GN-BTD02 Bluetooth USB Adapter to the USB port of your Desktop or Laptop PC for Bluetooth wireless connectivity

Other features include support for up to 7 Bluetooth devices simultaneously, Bluetooth management and connectivity software makes it easy to discover and connect to nearby devices and two LED indicators on the GN-BTD02 that indicate when there is power, (Green LED) and when a wireless Bluetooth link (Blue LED) is established.

The Bluetooth USB Adapter (GN-BTD02) is available now -- $58.

Walmart.com debuts $500 Linux laptop

500-laptop.jpgWalmart the countries largest employer who was recently garnered their own term "walmart-ization" has a $500 laptop on sale now, while it is not a super Laptop, it will do the job, and hey it runs on LINUX, I am sure that will make some folks happy, it might puzzle the folks who will actually buy this Laptop but hey how can you argue with $500? Features of the PC include a VIA C3 Processor, 128MB RAM, 30GB Hard Drive, CD-ROM Drive and 14.1" LCD Screen.
