Nokia%20N93.jpg

mobile-review.com has an indepth review of the Nokia N93.

This handset has no problems with signal reception, voice of interlocutor is clear, just like your own. Volume of 64-tone polyphonic ring tone is average, but in case you choose mp3 file as ring tone, polyphony does not matter that much. Vibrating alert is slightly lower than average, sometimes you may miss a call due to that.

As for video recording, its resolution – this model is best on the market once it will be released, same goes for photo quality, but here difference in photos when compared to Sony Ericsson K790/K800 is insignificant. You will be able to find out more in our stand-alone material, that will be dedicated to photo-part of Nokia N93.

nokia_scentsory_closed.jpg

The winning design, from a contest to create concepts for a premium but mass market mobile device capable of providing 4G or 5G multimedia service was made into a dummy handset for an exhibition in London's Air Gallery this week.

One of the designs, the Nokia Scentsory, is superb, partly because it reminds us of the paper clackers that we used to make many, many years ago in the innocent days of our childhood. In Closed mode you use it like a slim candy bar phone, in open mode you can use the screens and keyboard. But the real piece of resistance is the Scentsory mode that uses scent detectors that "allow you to see, hear, feel and smell your caller's environment".

Laptop Magazine takes Nokia's 4GB music phone for a spin.

Encased in stainless steel, the Nokia N91 has a smooth, cool-to-the-touch body that’s a pleasure to hold. Those who have been spoiled by the RAZR will find this handset a bit bulky, however; the N91 is nearly twice as thick as Motorola’s fashion icon. At 5.8 ounces, it’s more than 3.5 times heavier than a 4GB iPod nano.
