, has announced the addition of two new models within its more contemporary-styled line of products, the new VIZIO VU32L-32″ and VU37L-37″ LCD HDTVs. Code name "Envy", the new VU series feature 720p performance with new side access High Definition gaming ports which include HDMI connectivity. While launch plans are not finalized, estimated selling prices are $699 (VU32L) and $899 (VU37L).

Features of the hi-vision D-ILA device include JVC’s GENESSA image processor, Terrestrial BS 110 degree CS digital and terrestrial analog broadcast, MaxxBass technology, HDMI , measures 2544x1777x936mm and weighs approx. 330kg.

Samsung has announced the 50" SPD-50P91FHD, a new Bluetooth capable HD plasma TV.

Features include a True Black Panel for an improved full HD image, a Cinema Screen Mode that uses proprietary technologies like Ultra DayLight, Natural True Color, and Real motion studio. The SPD-50P91FHD is compatible with other Bluetooth devices such as headsets and photo printers. Samsung SPD-50P91FHD - $4,600.

The "Cars'" 13 TV/DVD Combo is vibrant red, with a yellow lightning bolt; it features a fun design resembling the Lightning McQueen car character, incorporating a set of tires and a smiling mouth.


The unit features a built-in DVD player, stereo sound and a headphone jack, 181-channel tuning, on-screen graphical and multi-lingual user interface, and front and rear A/V input jacks for game consoles and karaoke systems. It also includes a closed-caption decoder, V-chip child-lock function, mute, sleep timer, and a full-function keychain remote control that looks like a real car's remote unit.
