DVD/MD Stereo Component

001153.jpg

Plus Minus Zero is the result of a partnership between Keita Satoh, CEO of Takara - the Japanese toy manufacturer and product designer Naoto Fukasawa. The company's debut range includes a DVD/MD Stereo Component with box-like shape, similar to building blocks having been piled up. You can arrange them next to each other or on top of each other. Because most of the functions are carried out using the remote control unit, only function buttons that are absolutely necessary can be found on the main body of the system. The remote control unit is a vivid blue, making it easy to find when you can't remember where you put it last. The remote control unit is also shaped like building blocks. It is the same thickness as the front of the main unit, which makes you feel like resting the remote control on top of the main unit, aligning it with the front of the unit. The sound quality of the unit is touted as truly is unbelievable. - DVD/MD Stereo Component, $9982 - Plus Minus Zero, Coredo Nihonbashi, 2nd Floor, 1-4-1, Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan, www.plusminuszero.jp
