Sprint and LG Electronics MobileComm U.S.A., Inc. (LG Mobile Phones) have introduced FUSIC, a new mobile phone with a progressive design and music and entertainment services delivered at broadband-like speeds via the Sprint Power Vision(SM) Network. This phone looks, feels, and plays like a portable music player with the convenience of instant access to the Sprint Music Store(SM) for downloading full songs over-the-air, an FM transmitter for playing music through a radio or car stereo, Bluetooth® Stereo support, and four changeable faceplates in blue, green, pink and black for personalization of the phone. FUSIC is exclusive to Sprint and will be available May 28th in Sprint Stores and online at www.sprint.com.

Sprint Power Vision(SM) Phone MM-A920, Sprint Power Vision(SM) Phone MM-A900

Sprint and Samsung Telecommunications America (Samsung) yesterday introduced two new handsets - the Sprint Power Vision(SM) Phone MM-A920 by Samsung(r) and the Sprint Power Vision(SM) Phone MM-A900 by Samsung(r).

The MM-A920, with its embedded music player and external music navigation controls, provides access to thousands of songs for instant download and easy access. With an expansion slot that houses up to 512MB of TransFLASH memory, the MM-A920 allows music lovers to easily store and transfer their favorite tunes, images and videos.

Measuring just over a half-inch thick, the ultra-compact MM-A900 is the thinnest Power Vision phone available from Sprint. Made of magnesium, a lightweight metal, the handset's unique look and feel will delight the fashion-conscious user. In addition, the sleek handset's large, crisp display and stereo speakers are ideal for watching live TV with full-motion video with vivid sound.

Both phones include numerous powerful features including:

* 1.3 mega-pixel camera/camcorder with a flash and zoom

Samsung MM-A800

Sprint has officially announced the launch of Samsung's MM-A800 2-Megapixel camera phone. The MM-A800 is a tri-band CDMA phone featuring a MP3 player, speech-to-text, and 15FPS video through the built in media player with content provided through Sprint TV. The camera features 2.5x digital zoom, flash, color adjustments, fun frames, and multi-shot. The phone has a TransFLASH card slot; a 32MB card is supplied with camera.

The phone weighs 4.26-ounces with a 1.22x1.59-inch TFT LCD 262k color screen with 240x320 resolution.

The MM-A800 is available now for $500 US. More
