Mio has announced the C317, a new handheld GPS that watches, records DMB TV.
The Mio C317 handheld GPS features a 4.3-inch NEC touchscreen, Samsung's 400MHz 2440 processor, Windows CE .Net 5.0, 256MB of NAND Flash, 64MB of SDRAM, SD / MMC card support for up to 8GB, integrated speakers, USB, 3.5-millimeter headphone out, a rechargeable battery and built-in T-DMB tuner, which allows users to view elevision in PIP, and even record.

 | | GM's OnStar announces partnership with MapQuest |
A new partnership between General Motors Corp. and MapQuest.com will allow OnStar customers to send their destinations from MapQuest's Web site to OnStar-equipped GM vehicles. Customers enter their destination on MapQuest's Web site and then send it to their vehicles after signing on to their OnStar account. Once in their vehicle, customers could then get turn-by-turn audio directions from the OnStar system.
OnStar, a GM subsidiary that provides safety and communication devices for GM vehicles, currently offers a live advisor for navigation and directions.
"The option to have a live advisor will stand," OnStar President Chet Huber said at a demonstration of the service ahead of the announcement.

The $100,000 Tesla Roadster has cut the 250 mile range, to 200 miles for the electric sports car. Telsa says a recent increase in weight has caused the drop, hopefully no more weight is added.

TomTom has announced the TomTom ONE XL, a new GPS product with a 4.3 inch LCD touch screen display.
The TomTom XL features quickGPSfix software and complete maps. TomTom XL can also connect with the TomTom subscription service to show real-time weather and traffic information as well as TomTom Buddies reports i4u.
