Panasonic has launched two additions in its DIGA high-defnition video recorder lines. The XP12 and XP22V are both capable of transcoding HDTV from their digital tuners into AVCHD (H.264) video format, allowing more video to fit on either DVR's 250GB hard drives without losing quality.

Panasonic has unveiled the world's largest Plasma TV with their 150 inch TV
The new 150 inch Panasonic TV has a resolution of 4,096x2,160px. Panasonic says the 150 inch Plasma is well suite for cinema and commercial installations.

Panasonic has announced the HDC-HS9 and HDC-SD9 3CCD camcorders that can record full 1080p to SD card. The HDC-HS9 ($1,100) also includes a 60GB HDD, while the HDC-SD9 supports SD cards.

Panasonic has revealed the official photos for the DMP-BD10 Blu-ray Disc player , that was announced two weeks ago.
The photo shows the BD10 standing on the Panasonic AV Receiver SA-XR700. The SA-XR700 has HDMI inputs with HDAVI EZ-Sync Control, making it the ideal center for a HD Home theater.
The Panasonic Blu-ray Disc Player will ship this fall in the United States for a reported $1,500.

Panasonic Mobile Communications Co., Ltd. has announced the shipment of "FOMA(R) P901iTV" mobile handsets to NTT DoCoMo, Inc. The P901iTV is NTT DoCoMo's first mobile handset to receive terrestrial digital broadcasting signals in addition to conventional analog signals. The handset was created in response to the planned launch of mobile digital broadcasting in April 2006.
The handset's main display is a 2.5-inch and beautiful wide-view LCD screen. Approximately 3 hours of continuous digital TV viewing is possible. The P901iTV allows users to enjoy services that blend mobile communications and broadcastings. For instance, when you are watching the TV program, you can go to websites related to its TV program simply by clicking the URL shown on the display during the broadcasting.

Panasonic has unveiled the Lumix DMC-FZ7 digital camera, an update of the existing DMC-FZ5 model with increased resolution.
Sporting a new six megapixel imager, the FZ7's body looks largely similar to its predecessor.
Other updates in the DMC-FZ7 include a larger 2.5" LCD display, high-res (848x480 and 640x480) movie modes, and a new 710mAh battery pack. The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ7 will go on sale in March 2006, with pricing set at $399.95.
