Siemens has presented three new 3G or UMTS phones to the public today.

The new Siemens SG75 is a slider phone features high speed internet access as well as an integrated 1.3 megapixel camera. Of course organizer functions and email features round up the features of this UMTS mobile phone.

The SFG75 clamshell phone is equipped with two color displays, a 1.3 megapixel camera with flash as well complete entertainment functionality such as an MP3 player, this stylish clamshell phone puts a sophisticated look to modern communication.

The Siemens SXG75 features a 2 megapixel camera, excessive entertainment features such as RDS radio or an MP3 and video player. With this mobile powerhouse all advantages of UMTS technology can be enjoyed easily. As a special highlight, the SXG75 features a mobile navigation application for finding your way even in unknown territories.

Siemens SXG75

The Siemens SXG75 will go on sale in October 2005. The high-tech third-generation mobile telephony device brings multimedia to the mobile phone via high speed UMTS technology writes Slasphone. The SXG75 offers a mobile GPS navigation system that directs users to their final destination through visual and vocal instructions. A 2-megapixel digital camera for photos and video recording is included, along with a second camera for video calls.

Sanyo has announced the "W31SA II," a new handset with a built-in music player. Features include 3D surround stereo speakers, FM radio -- recorder, large display (capable of 260,000 colors), "SD Jukebox for Personal computer" software, 1.3 Megapixel camera and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software. The phone will be released in September and will be available in a choice of 2 colors. The handset weighs about 117 grams with dimensions of 49 x 98x 23mm.

Vodafone, Japan has announced the V803T a new 3G phone designed for music lovers. The V803T uses the Vodafone Live Audio service and features Bluetooth and a 2.3MP camera.

Nintendo Mobile to offer wallpapers, ringtones, Nintendo news for a fee, but no games.

According to Japanese site, Nikkei Net, Nintendo will launch a new subscription service, Nintendo Mobile, on October 17. Nintendo Mobile will provide subscribers with various game-related content for their mobile phones. The service's initial offerings will include downloadable wallpapers, as well as sound effects from the Super Mario Bros. series writes Game Spot. Service charges for Nintendo Mobile will be 210 yen per month.
