LG gave PCMagazine a sneak-peek at 10 new phones. New Models include the LG320 (handset for 3G UMTS network) , LG9800 , LG8100, LG9200, LG7200, C1500 , PM-225 , C2000 . The LG320 is slider-style phone with a swiveling 1.3-megapixel camera that can be used for two-way video calling, and a 512 MB of memory for music and games.

According to Chicago Business Motorola is working on a handset half as thick as the Razr phone in a bid to overtake arch-rival Nokia in its strongholds overseas.
Expected to be in stores across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia by next year, the Scalpel will sell for around $40, according to an analyst briefed on the product.
With its sleek design and mass-market price, Scalpel is a frontal assault on the world's top-selling cell phone maker in its strongest markets.

NTT DoCoMo, Japan introduced two new FOMA handsets today - the Fujitsu "F700iS," and the FOMA "SH700iS.
The Fujitsu "F700iS," which supports Plus Area, will be released on July 21st.
The main feature is support for "FOMA Area Plus," which takes advantage of the 800MHz band, increasing service area in mountainous regions.
Other features 1.28MP CMOS type camera, and included software allows music files to be easily loaded onto a miniSD card for playback on the handset.
The FOMA "SH700iS." features a 2.2 inch "CG Silicon LCD," which when compared to the previous SH700i, has 40% more brightness. It likewise supports the "FOMA Plus Area" through the 800MHz band, helping out with reception in mountainous areas.
Other features include a "10 degree Slant Camera,"and a "Movie-only Button" allowing for one-button recording of movies.

Siemens is set to introduce the SG75, a new stylish slider handset in 2006. The SG75 supports GSM/WCDMA 3G, RS-MMC, 176 x 220 pixel display, two cameras, one used for video conferencing.

Siemens has unveiled the Limited Edition SK65 Burlwood, a new cell phone made in part from wood.
The backs of phones are decorated with burl wood from the thuya tree, which grows in the wild. Each phone is unique, as the trees they harvested the wood from were subjected to heat, drought and fire, and even animal bite-marks, according to Siemens.
A brushed stainless steel insert on the back is engraved with "Siemens Limited Edition." The rest of the case is black.
The e-mail feature of the Limited Edition SK65 is supplied by RIM. The phone features a revolving x2 type full-sized keyboard.
The Limited Edition SK65 Burlwood will be available from the end of July online via www.siemens.com/shop.

Engadget has scored some pictures of the Motorola E790 running Apple's iTunes software. World say hello to the Motorola E790 Apple iTunes phone.
No word on if this will be the first iTunes phone.

Motorola is set to introduce Motorola RAZR Black in partnership with Cingular Wireless. Features of the Motorola RAZR Black include video playback, integrated Bluetooth wireless technology and a VGA camera.
