Audi and PalmOne ?

According to Mobiledia word on the street "is" that palmOne and Audi demonstrated the capabilities of their complementary Bluetooth products at CTIA in San Francisco, Oct. 25-27. Mobiletracker now has confirmed word that palmOne has inked a deal with Audi to enable automatic Bluetooth pairing between the Treo 650 and Audi cars, essentially your car will automatically become a handsfree device. Does this mean that Audi will throw the Treo 650 free with the purchase of an Audi, and maybe cover a few months of the carrier bill? I don't think they will go that far but who knows.

Vodaphone V602 upgrade

A new filter for the Vodaphone V602 has a "night vision" attachment for taking images at night. Now not only Paris Hilton will have those green pictures going around, your mom, your girlfriend, probably your sister too will end pop up on some pervs site without their knowledge with all the goodies at the door.

v602.jpg

The "pervert filter",developed by a Fukui-based company called Yamada Denshi allows the V602 to pick up a persons body temperature and let you see the body shape through the clothes. I should mention Vodaphone is very unhappy about this, I expect some type of device very soon that will prevent this from being used on the V602.

Honey . the Baby is here

The PalmOne Treo 650 has officially been announced, this baby is now as legit as it gets. Here is the Skinny on my new phone (yes I said my new phone) as soon as Sprint has this baby, I will be first in line. Today will probably be a Treo 650 day here at Ployer, photoshoots, reviews the whole nine, hate mail etc.
treo650oct25.jpg

Well, now that the treo 650 is official and the specs are official a lot of my excitement is going right through the door after going over the final specifications, even though the rumors were circulating, I am a little disappointed with some elements. The Treo 650 has only 32MB of memory, which is sad, why have so many programs with so little memory, more bad news it still has a 0.3 megapixel camera. I could have sworn that the people at PalmOne got my emails.
