Casco is a new concept Laptop from Human Scale Design that combines the lightweight, portable convenience of a notebook computer and carrying case with the ergonomic benefits of a desktop workstation in a contemporary, aesthetically pleasing design.

Casco is designed to overcome the ergonomic challenges of typical notebook computers, and also offers the added convenience of an integrated carrying case and a storage area. Casco's adjustable split keyboard and mouse may be removed from the laptop case and operated wirelessly, and the monitor adjusted to eye level, to encourage ergonomic positioning. Documents and small office supplies may be easily retrieved from Casco's convenient storage cavity, while a small LCD display positioned near Casco's handle alerts users of incoming email messages while the computer is stored within the case. Casco's lightweight leather and titanium construction offers durability and sleek good looks, while built-in cable management keeps Casco clear of cable clutter when recharging or connecting to data ports.
