Powered by a Marvell PXA 270 processor at 520 Mhz, the Sharp WS011SHf features 256MB of flash memory , 128MB of ROM, a 3.0 inch touchscreen which supports WVGA resolution (800 x 480), a 1.3 Megapixel camera, Micro SD card slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Mini USB and GPS.
