May 2, 2007 Samsung M87, R87 & Q97 HDTVs HD TV , Samsung Samsung M87, R87 & Q97 HDTVs Samsung has launched three new TV ranges of Hi-Def televisions. with the ultra-high spec M87 series sitting at the top. To kick things off, Samsung's M87 LCD TV (available in 37, 40, 46 and 52-inch sizes and a black finish) features a 1920 x 1080 resolution, supports 1080p Hi-Def video through its HDMI and component video sockets. The R87 series (available in 23, 26, 32, 37 and 40-inch sizes and both black and white finishes), offers lower resolution. The Q97, a black plasma screen that comes in 42 and 50-inch sizes.
