Apple has filed a countersuit against Creative, alleging that Creative infringed on its patents relating to the iPod's interface.
This is in response to Creative's earlier suit, which also claimed infringement of its digital media players. As it stands, Apple has about 77 percent of the digital music market in the United States, compared to Creative's less than 10 percent.Read More @ Gizmodo
