Apple Computer today announced an upgrade to the Mac mini . The new mac mini is built on the new Intel microprocessors. A $599 model has a single-core Intel processor that Apple says is twice as fast as last year's model. A $799 version has a dual-core Intel processor that Apple says is up to four times faster.
