LG Electronics has launched a PC it says will serve as a home entertainment and information center. The AV Center DV70 Series is equipped with Intel’s next-generation digital home entertainment platform Viiv which enables users to access PC-based online multimedia content from their TVs and stereos.

The DV70 series launched in Korea, features a Intel Duo Core CPU , a 945 chipset, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, a 300GB HDD, Gigabeat Ethernet and XP Media Center Edition. Other features include a DVD burner, a TV tuner and a wireless keyboard.
