EDGE iPod?


Apple , Rumors , ipod

According to a report on MobileMag, Apple Computer --of iPod fame -- is hiring RF engineers specifically those with EDGE experience. The rumor mill is going wild with speculation... It is rumored that Apple could launch an EDGE enabled iPod by this fall. This would be great ... one of the big problems I have with the iPod is not being able to download music whenever. This development could lend some weight on the “Mobile Me” trademark that Apple filed some time ago reports Ubergizmo ... That said the hiring could also be for the iPhone and have nothing to do with actual iPod player...
