Japanese Radio Co. Ltd , has launced the WX310J, a new handset geared towards Office executives with a need for security. The WX310J can be used to secure your desktop ( access will only be granted after you connect the phone to your PC - you will be required to place your finger at the center of the phone on the fingerprint scanner and if the records match you will be granted access) The fingerprint scanner can also be used to secure sensitive data on the phone. The phone support POP3 and SMTP e-mail servers as well as J2ME technology. The miniSD card helps in increasing the memory capacity of the phone. The handset weighs 113 grams and has dimensions of 119 × 53 × 16.5 mm.
