Sharp, Japan today introduced a new line of MP3 players that feature a rugged design.

The Sharp MP-S200 (512MB) and MP-S300 (1GB) feature an aluminum metal case with a honeycomb structure. The players can be dropped from a height of 140cm without damage reports i4u

Other features include FM Tuner, FM Transmitter, direct encoding, MP3 and WMA DRM support and USB 2.0. The new Sharp MP3 players will go on sale on November 26th in Japan.
