Olympus today announced, the E-500 AKA the 'Olympus EVOLT E-500,' a new Four-Thirds System digital SLR. The E-500 features an eight Megapixel 4/3 size CCD and a 2.5" LCD monitor. The E-500 + 14-45 mm lens kit has an estimated street price of just US$ 799.
