Motorola Q on the Verizon Network?

According to an unconfirmed report , the Motorola Q will be shipped in Q1 for Verizon. The sexy smartphone phone will be available in a CDMA (with EV-DO) and a GSM (with EDGE) version.







GeForce 7800 PC graphics chip is more powerful than the RSX GPU found in the PlayStation 3

The Inquirer reports that an nVIDIA spokesperson was quoted in the Official PlayStation Magazine saying that the RSX GPU used in the Sony PlayStation 3 is basically a slightly less powerful GeForce 7800. When Sony unveiled its next-generation PlayStation last May, one of the slides displayed in the presentation showed that the PlayStation 3 GPU had the power of two GeForce 6800 Ultras working in SLI mode, at that time, nVIDIA (the developer of the PlayStation 3 RSX GPU) has not yet unveiled its latest graphics architecture, formerly code-named G70 writes team xBox. IBM dual core IntelliStation M Pro 6218

Toshiba G20

Toshiba, Japan has announced their latest Qosmio PC's, the G20 and F20. The high-end G20 features a 17" (1440x900) screen with a 480cd brightness rate, a Pentium M 750 (1.8GHz - 2 Mb cache, 533 MHz frontal bus), 2Gb of RAM, 200Gb HDD (2x100), Bluetooth v2, a GeForce Go 6200 TC, DVd burner, Wireless a/b/g and the TV tuner has a hardware Mpeg2 encoder to record your TV shows.

Microsoft to open Xbox 360 store in Tokyo & New York City's Times Square ?

According to a report in today's The Seattle Times reports Microsoft Corp. may open a retail store in New York City's Times Square with a four-story space at One Times Square being a potential location for the store.


A Microsoft spokeswoman refused to comment on the rumor saying that: "At any given time, Microsoft evaluates and pursues real-estate opportunities and needs. Out of respect for all parties, and a desire to not perpetuate rumors, we do not have a comment on this at this time."

Meanwhile, ITmedia Japan snapped some pics of a construction shielding surrounding what they suppose is an Xbox 360 store.
