It's been less than two weeks since the PS3 was officially announced and there are already 34 confirmed videogames for Sony's next generation console. That's a lot more than the PSOne or PS2 had in their coming out periods reports IGN. November 2004, rumors of a Motorola RAZRberry spread like wildfire across tech blogs, to date the product has yet to materialize. The RAZRberry is described as 'just as thin and has the same styling as their RAZR V3 cellphone but is wide enough to fit a QWERTY mini-keyboard. The RAZRberry is likely to run on some version of Windows Mobile and come out sometime in the middle of 2005" Engadget reported in November. Well it is just about the middle of 2005 and an image purporting to be of the Motorola RAZRberry has surfaced. The RAZRberry is listed as having quad-band GSM, EDGE, a QVGA quality, 320 x 240 pixel, 65,000 color LCD screen, Bluetooth, and support for RIM's BlackBerry email technology. Seen at Engadget

Logitech has confirmed it will have products on the market when Xbox 360 hardware launches.
"One of the best ways for gamers to take advantage of the graphics, games and processing speed of Xbox 360 is with first-class peripherals," said Fred Swan, Logitech's director of strategic marketing for interactive entertainment. "Like our current controllers, the products for Xbox 360 will be designed to give gamers the edge they want - and need - to be the best."

NVIDIA's CFO Marv Burkett speaking at a J.P. Morgan technology conference said the PlayStation 3's RSX (the hardware's GPU) isn't finished, still remains in development, and no silicon of the chip is available yet, reports Bit-Tech. Burkett says the RSX demonstrations weren't actually running on the RSX, but an upcoming NVIDIA high-end desktop product in SLI mode.

Nintendo, Japan, has announced a brand-new colored Nintendo DS that will go on sale at the company's Pokemon Center for 15,000 yen (~ $140 USD). The purple/pink shaded machine with the Pokemon character Mew will go on sale July 16.

HP, Dell and Lenovo are among the PC makers launching business desktops using Intel Corp.'s new dual-core Pentium D processor and accompanying chip set. Intel's new technology was announced Thursday in San Francisco. The desktop processor is the second dual-core desktop chip from the Santa Clara, Calif., chip maker, and it comes less than a week before rival Advanced Micro Devices Inc. launches its Athlon 64 X2 dual-core PC chip. The new platforms are designed to provide consumers the ability to do more with their digital content simultaneously, and better allow businesses to enhance PC security, system management and collaboration capabilities reports Intel.

Tuesday in Multnomah County, Cecilia Barnes, 48, sued Yahoo Inc for $3 million , alleging the Internet site failed to fulfill a promise to remove nude pictures of her from the Web. Barnes claims an ex-boyfriend began posting unauthorized personal profiles of her containing the photos in December. The profiles included her e-mail address and work phone number reports Business Week.
