Samsung has announced the "YP-C1" series flash memory audio player of series set for release in Japan on April 27th. The YP-C1 is available in a 1GB model ("YP-C1 Z") priced at 12,800 Yen, and a 512MB model ("YP-C1 X") priced at 8,900 Yen. Features include 128x64 dot, 4 line liquid crystal display, White LED back light, 10 national languages supported (French, Italian, Chinese and Korean ), supports MP3/WMA/WAV/ASF/OGG audio formats , MP3 encoding function and USB 2.0, supporting storage class.

Continual playback time approximately 42 hours. Measures 71x26x26mm and weighs approximately 34g. More
