BMW offers wi-fi at showrooms


BMW, London has introduced wireless broadband internet access provided by BT Openzone at its car dealerships. BMW customers can now surf the web, check emails and access their corporate network when visiting BMW showrooms while their cars are serviced reports Information Week.

The wi-fi service, will be available in three BMW-owned London dealerships.

Andrew Day, head of marketing at BMW’s London operation, said, "We pride ourselves on a very high standard of customer service and the introduction of wi-fi enables us to stay at the forefront of the motor industry."
