Auto Charging Flashlight

auto-flash.jpg

Over the last 6 months, I have fallen in love with many gadgets, majority -- shiny and full of whistles. When Merconnect invited me to review some of their products, I decided to bring the whistles down and go for function with style. I went with the Auto Charging Flashlight, a light weight stylish gadget, with surprise "function." Merconnect describes the T-100 Dynamo as Perfect for camping or fishing, or just keep it in your car's glove compartment, or in the kitchen drawer for use during blackouts.

I am not one for the outdoors, my car is my enemy (don't have one) and well lets say my Kitchen drawer has never been opened. When the big black out occurred in New York a few years back, I was making my way home from work, I would have loved to have this gadget to spot on all the episodes going on down my block, but hey that is the past.

My uses

1. Cat & T-100 -- my cat, kiko, a connoisseur of lights gave a few jumps on the wall, when I flashed the T-100.

2. T-100 in the club. Great for illumination when giving my number out in a club. Its light weight and it matched my Helmut Lang shoes with yellow band

The T-100 Dynamo is ergonomically designed for a comfortable, ambidextrous grip and the super bright LED provides ample light when you need it according to Merconnect.

The very affordable T-100 Dynamo (16.95) is available in red and yellow. Overall I had a lot of use for the T-100 Dynamo, the only thing I had a problem with was the having to Push the generator handle for 60 seconds for the light to stay bright for 7 minutes

Features
Super-bright White LED bulb, rated for up to 10,000 hours
Easy-grip matte finish surface
Chrome reflector and lens concentrator focuses light where you need it
Bulb Burnout Protection circuitry prevents overcharging
Reverse-current diode prevents battery drainage when not in use
On-Off switch
Detachable wrist strap

thanks to Merconnect
