Sanyo "NV-HD550" DVD/HDD car navigation system

Sanyo Electric Corporation JP has announced the addition of the NV-HD550 a new DVD/HDD car navigation system to their "HDD gorilla" line. The system will be available from February 10th in Japan for 220,500 Yen.

The car navigation system features a 30GB HDD ( stores map information, can store up to 3000 tunes ), DVD videoplayer (supports DVD video, music CD, DVD+/-R/RW and playback of MP3 files stored on CD-R/RW, TV tuner, FM transmitter, and 7" wide liquid crystal monitor with touch panel system. Power can be supplied via car cigar lighter, AC adapter or lithium ion electric battery (sold separately).


Measures 180x50x137mm and weighs approximately 1,000 g.
