MobiTV for Cingular launches

MobiTV yesterday announced the launch of their Live streaming TV service on Cingular Wireless' Media Net service. The live news, sports and entertainment broadcasts will include SNBC, CNBC, ABC News Now, NBC Mobile, FOX Sports, Discovery, TLC and C-SPAN on 22 channels. Cingular is offering up the service to subscribers for $9.99 a month using the Nokia 6620, Motorola V3 (RAZR), Motorola V220 and Motorola V180. While MobiTV features live content, the frame rate is not full motion.
