The Inquirer is reporting on news (rumors) of Nokia halting development and production on its portable gaming/phone system, the N-Gage, thanks to poor sales last year. The rumor also claims that "Nokia will get rid of its entire Bochum, Germany facility by Q1 2006. According to the inquirer that includes the production facility as well.
