Taipei 101 cell network


Taipei 101 (world's tallest office building) has hired Ericsson to provide the indoor network which will incorporate different network technologies on different frequency bands, including GSM900, GSM1800, CDMA800, CDMA2000 and WCDMA in a common antenna system. State-of-the-art technology is deployed to ensure seamless coverage in the world's fastest elevators, traveling at a speed up to 1,000 meters per minute. The 508-meter (1,667-feet) skyscraper will hold its grand opening ceremony on December 31.
