PDAs

PhoneScoop reports on documents from the FCC web site that show Samsung's upcoming SCH-i730 PDA phone will include both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, in addition to CDMA EV-DO high-speed data. The i730 is a CDMA Windows-Mobile Pocket PC device with a sliding QWERTY keyboard design. While the version at the FCC site does not have a camera, the prototype unveiled about 7 weeks ago, included a 1.3 megapixel camera. Other features include Windows Mobile 2003 2nd Edition, a 65,000-color QVGA display, stereo speakers, and an SD I/O card slot. Carriers, release date, and pricing have not yet been announced. Sounds a lot like the specs of the Benq P50
