PVP4u reports on a Portable Video Player. The mPack 800 Portable Video Player will be available via PQI Europe. Features include 320x240 3.5inch screen, encodes video at 800 x 576 pixels, DTS Audio support, supported video formats include: DivX 3.11, 4.0, 5.0, AVI, MPG, MPEG 1/2/4, DAT, XVID and WMV, while the audio end supports: mp3, wav, wma, OGG, AC3. 5hrs battery life for video play back or 10hrs for audio playback. The mPack p800 comes in either 40GB or 80GB storage capacity. It also features a 4-in-1 card reader supporting Memory Stick, Secure Digital, MultiMediaCard and SmartMedia cards. Other features include: FM Tuner, Photo viewer, text viewer, games, PIM functions and a Chinese language trainer.
