Sony introduced a line of digital imaging products and peripherals designed to capture, display, print, store and archive images for radiology professionals. New Products include the UP-D55MD, UP-D72XR & UP-897

The UP-D55MD digital A5 color printer implements dye-sublimation technology and a high-speed USB 2.0 digital interface to produce photo-like quality images in approximately 20 seconds.

The USB 2.0 digital interface UP-D72XR digital film imager( work in progress) is designed for use with mobile c-arm units and dental X-ray systems. This model enables images to be reproduced with a 300 dpi resolution, and offers support for both 8 x 10-inch blue thermal film and thermal printing paper.

The analog model (UP-897MD) and digital model (UP-D897) ultrasound printers features a USB 2.0 digital interface for rapid data transfer, boasts 2 sec print time.
