Sonos Digital Music System delayed until 2005

Home Entertainment

Gigaom is reporting that the Sonos Digital Music System- a networked music streaming platform consisting of a wireless LCD equipped handheld Controller with an iPodish control wheel, ZonePlayer (amplified audio output device), and the music server PC application called the Desktop Controller first promised October has been delayed for some fine-tuning. According to the company you don't need a PC in every room, a music server or a wireless network.Just a Sonos ZonePlayer and speakers in the rooms of your choice and a Sonos Controller in hand to access all your digital music, no matter where it's stored.

Sounds good right well hopefully when it finally comes out it gets great reviews that might be the only thing to save the start up from doom.
